About the role

  • Intern in Learning and Development coordinating programs in a global HR team. Supporting project management and implementation while collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • support the administration and coordination of the Learning and Development programs
  • perform a wide variety of project support and coordination tasks to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Learning and Development projects in GCSEA
  • collaborate effectively, work with virtual team and be a good teammate
  • self-reflection and deal with ambiguity

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and Development
  • Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
  • Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional, dynamic global environment with changing priorities
  • Creative and have experience in organizing learning activities is a plus
  • Experience in a global environment
