Head of Global Payroll Pre-Sales Specialists leading a high performing global Pre Sales function. Ensuring feasibility and value of payroll solutions while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the Global Payroll Pre Sales function to support pipeline growth, deal strategy, and opportunity execution across the sales cycle
Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to set win strategies, qualify opportunities, and prioritise Pre Sales engagement to maximise conversion
Own and drive a consistent approach to discovery and ensure high-quality outputs
Act as senior escalation point for complex global opportunities
Oversee and quality assure the design and presentation of tailored global payroll solutions
Sponsor and/or lead executive level demonstrations and technical presentations
Serve as the senior subject matter expert for global payroll capability and positioning within CEE
Work closely with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure solution feasibility and smooth commercial to delivery handovers
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in global payroll (operations, consulting, solutions)
Proven leadership of pre sales or solutions consulting teams (hiring, coaching, quality assurance, performance management)
Strong knowledge of multi country payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll calculations
Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive level presentation capability
Ability to translate customer needs into solution design, demo strategy, and high quality written responses for RFX and due diligence
