About the role

  • International Payroll Associate managing timely payroll services for clients. Collaborating with clients and partners for accurate payroll delivery and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day communication and delivery of timely, accurate and compliant payrolls
  • Collaborate with clients for payroll approval
  • Manage and deliver client payrolls against agreed schedules
  • Resolve payroll queries by working with clients and partners
  • Maintain accurate document libraries for clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of international payroll experience
  • Proven experience in an administration position with client ‘facing’ responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Fluent in German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish (not essential)
