Responsibilities
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Partner with marketing to align messaging, target industries, and lead handoff processes.
Provide real-time feedback on campaign performance, sales materials, and lead quality.
Use CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot and OneVue) to monitor performance and improve outreach strategies.
Deliver regular reports to senior management on performance trends and pipeline status.
Continuously refine outreach techniques and contribute to process improvements.
Stay up to date on lead generation best practices and sales enablement tools.
Proactively identify and research new business opportunities across target industries.
Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to introduce VistaVu's services.
Monitor SAP and ERP market trends to uncover high-potential accounts.
Qualify prospects through discovery, assess fit, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and context-rich engagement.
Follow up on interest and advance prospects through the buyer journey.
Convert qualified prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Create personalized call scripts and email templates to improve engagement.
Support attendance-building for webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
Promote VistaVu content and expertise through platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
Participate in the planning, coordination, and follow-up of regional or industry sales events.
Ensure accurate lead data entry and updates in CRM systems.
Share weekly updates on lead activity and progress in sales team meetings.
Represent VistaVu’s values in all interactions with leads, clients, and partners.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or account management.
Experience selling software, ERP, or in the SAP ecosystem is a strong asset.
Experience in the ERP reseller or systems integrator channel is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage competing tasks, and work independently.
