Responsibilities
You are in direct contact with our customers and resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our engineering team
You establish yourself as a trusted advisor and help customers roll out additional vision checkouts
You propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to a variety of situations using our software
You prepare reports on system performance and communicate them to the team
You identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team
You prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
You are a currently enrolled student and speak fluent German
You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe to visit our customers
You are outgoing and have strong communication skills
You have a structured, independent working style and can handle new daily challenges
You remain calm and motivated even in stressful situations
You have a genuine interest in learning more about computer vision & machine learning
