About the role

  • Intern supporting CRM strategies at MAG, executing marketing campaigns and managing client relationships. Aiming for effective communication across multiple channels and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in executing customer and lead relationship strategies, contributing to database organization, campaign operations, and initial performance monitoring;
  • Provide direct support for multichannel communication initiatives (email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp), ensuring that sends are executed with quality, organization, and adherence to industry best practices;
  • In the area of data and segmentation, assist with data extraction and help build basic segmentations;
  • Use automation tools and databases, developing logical reasoning and an understanding of data quality integrated with marketing and technology strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of data analysis, project management, organization, and digital marketing;
  • Basic to intermediate English;
  • Analytical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, flexibility, and results orientation;
  • Strong time management, determination, curiosity, and proactivity.
