Responsibilities
Develop and implement client-specific strategies for AI-powered reporting and dashboard solutions

Produce analyses, reports, and actionable recommendations to optimize budgets, initiatives, and customer retention
Collaborate closely with our experts in Data, Analytics, Media, and Tech to successfully integrate AI innovations into client processes
Conduct requirements workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Data/AI, or Project Management — ideally in an agency or marketing environment
Enthusiasm for AI, data-driven solutions, and innovation projects
Strong analytical skills and the ability to moderate and present complex topics appropriately for different audiences
Knowledge of project management methodologies and facilitation techniques is a plus
Strong communication skills, customer focus, and enjoyment working in a highly innovative, international environment
