About the role

  • Customer Success Manager developing AI-focused reporting solutions at Mediaplus in Munich. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and implement innovative data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client-specific strategies for AI-powered reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive account management, transparent communication, and solution-oriented support
  • Identify and implement AI-based optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and campaign performance
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and client meetings to convey AI and data solutions in a clear, practical manner
  • Support project management for complex client projects, including coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce analyses, reports, and actionable recommendations to optimize budgets, initiatives, and customer retention
  • Collaborate closely with our experts in Data, Analytics, Media, and Tech to successfully integrate AI innovations into client processes
  • Conduct requirements workshops with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Data/AI, or Project Management — ideally in an agency or marketing environment
  • Enthusiasm for AI, data-driven solutions, and innovation projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to moderate and present complex topics appropriately for different audiences
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and facilitation techniques is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and enjoyment working in a highly innovative, international environment
  • Self-initiative, agility, and eagerness to actively shape the future of media and marketing
