Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships within a B2B client portfolio (small, medium and large companies)
  • Manage targets and performance results
  • Deliver personalized service tailored to each company’s needs
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees and seminars

Requirements

  • Completed or pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Experience working with corporate clients
  • Proactive, curious and committed to achieving targets and results
  • Able to be dynamic when engaging and negotiating with companies across multiple sectors
  • Motivated by challenges
  • Customer-centric approach to your work
  • Clear and objective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work constructively and respectfully in a team to achieve shared results
