About the role

  • Customer Onboarding Consultant at Virta guiding customers through onboarding for EV charging services. Managing project coordination, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead onboarding kick-off meetings to align on customer goals, scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Create and manage detailed onboarding project plans, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Understand customer use cases, configure product according to agreed requirements, and support them through hardware commissioning and go-live.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and develop clear onboarding materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer service, technical support, or implementation
  • Experience as a trainer is a strong advantage
  • A proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
  • Professional proficiency in English, French, and German (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of EV technology and energy solutions is a significant asset
  • Willingness to travel and work with customers across different time zones as needed
