Responsibilities
Guide customers by phone through their first steps with our app
Assist with the setup and integration of our solution
Ensure customers can use our features quickly and easily
Explain features, workflows, and processes for a smooth start with kollex
Answer questions and support customers with challenges during onboarding
Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
Document the onboarding process and customer interactions in our CRM and backoffice system
Proactively communicate to create the most positive customer journey possible for new users
Requirements
Friendly, communicative personality and comfortable interacting with customers — including by phone
Initial experience in customer service, customer onboarding, or a comparable role is a plus but not required — comprehensive training will be provided
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Team player with strong self-motivation
Good written and spoken German
Interest in the hospitality industry and an understanding of the needs of restaurants, cafés, and bars
