About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyze a wide range of business and customer information
  • primary focus on credentialing new customers and re-credentialing existing customers
  • creating and managing enablement and subscriber codes
  • Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in Credentialing and/or Onboarding
  • identifying articulating, and solving complex problems based on submitting business unit needs and local governmental regulations
  • Proficiency with Excel
