About the role

  • Administrative Assistant focusing on Recruiting, Marketing & Sales for Nickel Kraftwerk Service GmbH in Bergisch Gladbach. Creative involvement in marketing and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate orders, manage order confirmations, and ensure office and promotional materials are always available.
  • You also operate the telephone switchboard and handle correspondence, serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external customers, maintaining personnel records, and actively supporting the organization of events.
  • You help manage our social media channels and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and the production of promotional materials.
  • You support recruiting activities, assist with application processes, and coordinate occupational health checks, training, and professional development.
  • You manage existing customers, identify their needs, and support outreach to new customers while maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

  • You have a commercial/business-related vocational qualification (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Marketing Communications Clerk, Office Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk) or a similar qualification and feel at home in administrative/assistant tasks — ideally with initial experience in marketing or sales.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and experienced with social media.
  • You are already familiar with SAP ERP or are willing to learn it.
  • You are organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy working independently — that makes you a real asset to our team.
