Responsibilities
You plan, organize and support trainee events and personnel development measures — from preparation through to on-site implementation.
You take responsibility for participant management, coordinate with service providers and ensure smooth processes.
You contribute your own ideas and help to further develop existing concepts and formats.
You are involved in HR projects and, depending on your interests, can also take on your own smaller projects.
You maintain and update data in our HR systems, ensuring high data quality.
You support the optimization and maintenance of our HR processes.
You create and update clear guides and documentation for HR applications.
You accompany the introduction of new HR systems or the further development of existing tools.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Psychology or a comparable field.
Ideally, you already have some practical experience in an HR environment.
You have good knowledge of MS Office and an interest in HR systems (initial experience with tools such as SAP is an advantage but not required).
You work in an organized, structured and independent manner and bring initiative as well as enthusiasm for new topics.
You are strong in communication and have an interest in personnel development, HR projects and working with HR systems.
