Responsibilities
- Design and develop a modern Integrated Management System with a focus on ISO 9001 & ISO 27001.
- Support and accompany audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way, and help teams optimize processes and manage risks.
- Detect system non-conformities early, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted improvement and corrective actions.
- Whether quality, environmental, or another management system – you will support the entire lifecycle from preparation and implementation to continuous development.
- Confidently conduct internal audits and provide support during external audits as needed.
- Assemble and lead a qualified audit team and ensure ongoing professional development is maintained.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics/computer science, quality management, or a comparable field – alternatively you have a relevant professional qualification.
- You have initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental management, information security (ISO 27001), occupational health & safety (ISO 45001) or energy management — is a plus.
- You think analytically, work in a structured way and keep an overview even in complex situations.
- You also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month.
- You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
