About the role

  • VP of Sales responsible for driving revenue growth and leading account executives at Vidmob. Overseeing new and existing enterprise business with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing, dual-motion AE team.
  • Own new enterprise business: accountable for driving net new revenue from enterprise accounts.
  • Drive expansion and retention across existing accounts: overseeing existing business motion.
  • Architect the GTM motion across both functions.
  • Drive pipeline in partnership with Marketing.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and relationship leader.
  • Own the full revenue number with operational precision.
  • Be a strategic voice at the leadership level.

Requirements

  • Proven VP-level sales leadership: 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Dual-motion expertise: Successfully led or owned both new logo motion and land-and-expand motion.
  • Team leadership and development: Experience building, coaching, and scaling AE teams across both new and existing business.
  • Executive presence and credibility: Operate comfortably at the C-suite level.
  • GTM architecture experience: Built playbooks from scratch across multiple sales motions.
  • Early-stage or high-growth DNA: Thrived in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional: Partner naturally with Product, Marketing, and executive team.
