About the role

  • Sales Representative managing sales responsibilities for Apres-Allstars. Focusing on product design, development, and direct sales through existing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for sales
  • No cold calling — focus on working with and nurturing existing contacts and leads
  • Implement the POS area (possibly including retail)
  • Support team management
  • Consider controlling aspects (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, led, or sold a company)
  • Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
  • Awareness of entrepreneurial action, both professionally and mentally
