Responsibilities
Lead and shape a high-performing sales organization – build, mentor, and develop a team in a performance-driven culture, with the chance to see your leadership directly translate into revenue growth.
Drive strategic impact across the business – collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product to optimize processes, improve programs, and influence company-wide sales success.
Build lasting relationships and close big opportunities – work directly with top clients and partners, contributing to key strategic deals while making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and Ogury’s market presence.
Requirements
Proven leader who has successfully built and developed a large sales organization at a rapidly scaling ad-tech company
Deep knowledge and experience selling programmatic solutions to prominent global brands and holding companies
Experience with CTV, Online Video, and DSP is a plus
You hold your teams accountable to targets and activity and have solid experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress via CRM against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations.
Proven ability to manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
Expert in cross-functional work; working collaboratively with teams such as Finance, Marketing, and HR, and more
You operate with a high level of understanding and empathy towards your team and are able to situationally lead, mentor, motivate, and provide consistent and constructive feedback
Willingness to travel to in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships
