About the role

  • Sales Executive assisting in the support and expansion of the Retail Network through client visits and prospecting. Ensuring alignment with company marketing strategies to achieve results and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the commercial strategy, negotiating agreements based on market analysis to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitor actions to support the company's strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles within the Network of Service Stations, enabling implementation of retail strategy and franchise rollouts;
  • Negotiate with clients to secure new contracts and/or renewals, ensuring expansion of the service station network;
  • Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring optimal network performance;
  • Monitor franchise performance and implement retail initiatives to boost revenue;
  • Provide commercial support to the service station client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients, in coordination with the Products team;
  • Prospect new retail clients, expanding the portfolio and strengthening the company’s market presence;
  • Assist in launching new products and services in retail, ensuring internal targets are met.

Requirements

  • Reside in Alta Floresta (MT) or nearby areas
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Availability to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • Hunter profile with a focus on client prospecting
  • Hands-on approach to task execution
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work with complex systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics
  • Mobility and availability to relocate
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Commercial experience servicing large/key accounts.
