Responsibilities
Orchestrating the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding (equipment setup, orientation) to smooth offboarding procedures.

Maintaining impeccable HR records and systems, managing benefits administration, and coordinating recognition initiatives like 'Employee of the Month'.
Providing essential support for core HR functions, such as issuing contracts, administering learning platforms (Udemy), and assisting with performance reviews.
Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative support and People/HR-related role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proficiency in Google Suite and general HRMS systems.
A high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
A proactive, resourceful nature with strong problem-solving aptitude.
