- Maintaining impeccable HR records and systems, managing benefits administration, and coordinating recognition initiatives like 'Employee of the Month'.
- Providing essential support for core HR functions, such as issuing contracts, administering learning platforms (Udemy), and assisting with performance reviews.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support and People/HR-related role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general HRMS systems.
- A high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive, resourceful nature with strong problem-solving aptitude.
