Responsibilities
Manage and lead the team responsible for the operational execution of all of the company's digital advertising campaigns.
Develop, review, and optimize operational processes, aligning strategic objectives with operational needs.
Communicate clearly and assertively with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technology) and external stakeholders (agencies, advertisers, and partners).
Ensure processes comply with internal standards and market requirements, driving continuous improvements.
Monitor performance KPIs and ensure quality and efficiency in campaign delivery.
Requirements
At least 4 years' experience in the digital advertising market.
Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, with experience at a publisher, agency, or advertiser/client.
Experience leading teams and managing large-scale operational processes.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools.
Strong communication skills; analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
Preferred experience in digital commercial operations (Digital OPEC) at large or mid-sized media organizations.
