About the role

  • Senior BDR finding and attracting new clients for a tech recruitment company. Utilize various strategies for lead qualification and direct customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the key person responsible for finding and attracting new clients, helping to drive the company’s growth.
  • Your mission will be to pursue the best opportunities using various strategies, such as BANT and SPIN, to connect with prospective clients.
  • You will use email and phone to initiate conversations with companies that are not yet familiar with us.
  • Through LinkedIn and other platforms, you will build valuable relationships and identify potential partners.
  • You will also work with pre-selected contact lists, optimizing your time and effort.
  • Your main objective is to identify and qualify leads, determining which contacts truly have high potential and interest in our products or services. After finding these “golden opportunities,” you will pass them on to our sales team.

Requirements

  • Clear verbal (diction) and written communication skills
  • Self-directed learning
  • Resilience
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Knowledge of consultative selling and methodologies such as Predictable Revenue, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, and others
  • Experience with active outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Gmail)
  • Lead qualification
