About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth across existing and new customers
  • Own lead generation, pipeline development, and closed-won targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities
  • Open doors with new customers and develop strong pipelines
  • Play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving new business within the clinical trials landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a Pharmaceutical company, CRO, or Central Laboratory
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
