Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis and industry and competitive intelligence research to identify business development and go-to-market opportunities
investigate and develop information to assist lawyers with targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Collect, draft, and maintain matter and deal summaries and representative experience
Maintain and update core pitch materials and marketing collateral
Draft and complete awards and rankings submissions
Maintain tracking systems for deal activity
Collaborate with practice group leaders and lawyers to develop and execute strategic business development
Provide support to lawyers in the creation, preparation, and coordination of RFPs, proposals, and pitches
Work with cross-functional teams to create, develop, and distribute thought leadership
Requirements
5+ years of marketing and business development experience in a professional services industry
preference given to law firm experience
Ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong professional presence
strong writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficiency with AI-driven tools and CRM systems
