About the role

  • Partner Acquisition Manager responsible for scaling Velory’s retailer channel across Europe. Driving revenue through high-impact partnerships and leveraging a proven model in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sign top-tier retailer partners across Europe and build a channel that drives revenue
  • Own the commercial process end-to-end, focusing on pipeline, deal execution, and closing
  • Identify and prioritize leading IT retailers in key European markets
  • Create and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline
  • Focus on partners with real revenue potential
  • Closing high-impact partnerships
  • Own the full deal cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Position Velory as a growth driver for retailers
  • Scale a proven retailer model across markets
  • Provide insights from retailer conversations into product and go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain a focus on outcomes: signed partners and revenue potential

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving commercial outcomes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working across European markets is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with IT retailers or resellers in Europe is a strong plus
  • Background in SaaS, IT hardware, or marketplaces
  • Experience from a startup or scale-up environment where you have had to build and move fast
  • Additional European languages would be beneficial
