Requirements
Experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare, customer success, management consulting, or a blended commercial role
Direct healthcare industry experience and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
Experience in managing large, complex customers and navigating multi-threaded stakeholder environments
Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify and advance revenue opportunities
Comfortable operating in a hybrid role blending sales, account management, and customer strategy
Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders
Strategic thinking about accounts, including long-term growth planning and ROI-driven positioning
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where needed
Willingness to travel up to 50%
