Responsibilities
Liderar la estrategia integral de marketing y generación de demanda B2B
Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
Construir y optimizar funnels de conversión end-to-end
Gestionar y optimizar canales digitales, web (SEO + CRO) y automatizaciones
Medir resultados en base a métricas de negocio (CPL, CAC, conversión, pipeline)
Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo comercial para potenciar oportunidades
Requirements
Formación en Marketing, Comunicación o afines
Manejo de herramientas: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRO, CRM (HubSpot o similar), automatización y analítica
Experiencia en generación de demanda B2B (servicios, consultoría o tecnología)
Experiencia construyendo funnels de conversión
Experiencia trabajando con audiencias de nivel gerencial o directivo
Perfil estratégico, analítico y con fuerte orientación a resultados
