About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified organic traffic while optimising the full customer journey, ensuring visitors follow appropriate conversion paths
  • Develop content strategies optimised for both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
  • Create and optimise multiple engagement touchpoints that reduce friction while qualifying visitor intent
  • Manage lead routing and enrichment processes using marketing automation tools, ensuring sales teams receive qualified, contextualised opportunities
  • Research and adapt to evolving search behaviours, identifying opportunities to strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create authoritative technical content for our target audience
  • Build strategic relationships within relevant professional communities and industry forums

Requirements

  • 1+ years in SEO/GEO, content marketing, or technical writing, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Demonstrated understanding of both traditional search optimisation and emerging concepts around AI-mediated discovery — including structured data, entity relationships, and factors that influence how AI systems select and synthesise information
  • Hands-on with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in day-to-day content workflows, with a solid grasp of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creation
  • Bonus: active participation in technical communities; experience in B2B SaaS or developer marketing; familiarity with the AI/ML tools ecosystem; background in multi-format technical content including documentation, tutorials, and interactive demos
