About the role

  • Sales Analyst & Support managing sales for Veepee's online event sales since 2001. Focused on optimizing offers and collaborating with brands for better sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Home commercial team, the Sales Analyst & Support manages sales in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure the attractiveness of our Veepee members.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the offer (assortment and pricing) and will act as the link between our brands and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Work closely with brands to collect commercial information and prepare offer dossiers that meet Veepee's quality standards.
  • Design offers based on in-depth analysis of internal and external data to identify the best assortment and pricing (product lists, identification of top sellers, inventory, recommended purchase prices, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory available in our warehouse to meet our turnover/velocity targets.
  • Set sales prices to optimize quantities sold and the margin generated.
  • Produce sales forecasts and identify potential revenue in coordination with the KAM.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial milestones and requirements to guarantee on-time campaign openings (internal offer validation, confirmation of final prices and stock, verification of reference price, etc.).
  • Coordinate with commercial production teams (Data Managers and Content Managers) to ensure smooth content production and high-quality online sales.
  • Track and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) during sales events to identify growth levers and improvement actions.
  • Prepare post-sale commercial reports shared internally (KAM and Sales Team Manager) and with our brand partner.
  • Prepare business reviews with the KAM to identify development opportunities with our brand partner.
  • Create materials for brand meetings and participate when required.

Requirements

  • You hold a master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university.
  • You have a first significant experience in analytics and/or commercial analysis.
  • With a commercial mindset, you are recognized for your analytical thinking and strong data management skills.
  • You have a sense of priorities and demonstrate rigor.
  • You are autonomous and adaptable.
  • You are proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • You have a professional level of English.
