About the role

  • Upsell Sales Coordinator at MPLC enabling content use while championing intellectual property. Identifying upsell opportunities and providing exceptional customer service within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Analyse customer data to identify potential upsell opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and address any concerns related to upsell offers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of upsell initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service or similar role.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
  • Have a growth mindset – continually raising standards and performance.
  • You think strategically and have delivered meaningful growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • We don’t mind where in the UK you are based. Like most people, we’ve got pretty good at working remotely, but we also want this role to have a presence at our UK hub in Eastbourne. We’d like you to be there in person each month and will work with you to agree how that could work. We’ll cover your travel costs for those visits.
