Responsibilities
Provides critical support in the execution of Visante’s data-driven sales enablement strategy
Supports design and rollout of sales enablement programs under the direction of the Senior Consultant, Sales Enablement
Provides analytic support for prospecting tools and sales collateral development
Applies and maintains data-driven tiering systems and responds to ad hoc prospect analysis requests
Creates and maintains client-facing materials, including proformas, presentations, and negotiation trackers
Assists in identifying inefficiencies in regional deal qualification and forecasting
Supports CRM standardization and process improvement initiatives
Contributes to sales enablement KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and reporting
Assists in adoption and training for sales technology platforms
Supports Managed Service deal processes alongside Sales VPs and the Senior Consultant
Participates in industry events to promote Visante and return qualified leads
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales enablement, analytics, or business operations
Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools
Certification in Salesforce or sales enablement tools
Highly analytical and well-organized, with keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficient in CRM and reporting platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Power BI
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact across diverse audiences
Team-oriented and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
