About the role

  • Sales Manager managing the entire sales process from lead to contract signature. Representing iodata by acquiring customers and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential new customers
  • Conduct acquisition calls and presentations
  • Build and maintain a network of decision-makers across various industries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Analyze customer needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Record all activities in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software sector
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
