Responsibilities
Preparing quotes in non-life (property & casualty) insurance and private pension
Initiating claims and handling minor claims
Active collaboration with our field sales representatives
Direct customer contact by phone and at the service desk
Requirements
Commercial vocational training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
A VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional certificate) is an advantage
Strong customer-service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
Self-motivated, reliable and composed personality
Strong organisational skills
Excellent written and spoken German
Knowledge of French and additional languages is an advantage
