About the role

  • Providing customer support and assistance for a leading Swiss insurance company. Involving office tasks such as creating offers, claims processing, and direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotes in non-life (property & casualty) insurance and private pension
  • Initiating claims and handling minor claims
  • Active collaboration with our field sales representatives
  • Direct customer contact by phone and at the service desk

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
  • A VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional certificate) is an advantage
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
  • Self-motivated, reliable and composed personality
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Knowledge of French and additional languages is an advantage
