About the role

  • Preparing quotes for private and corporate clients
  • Active collaboration with our field sales representatives
  • Close cooperation with our brokers
  • Direct customer contact over the phone and at the service desk
  • Registering claims and handling minor claims

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
  • In-depth insurance knowledge of private and occupational pension schemes and personal non-life insurance (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) as well as other corporate insurance products
  • Strong service orientation with a structured and precise working style
  • Self-motivated, reliable and composed individual
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Swiss Federal Diploma in Insurance (desirable)
