Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to operations teams, including organizing and maintaining complete, accurate documentation
Handle office, facilities and asset management, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and necessities
Handle travel arrangements, including hotel and flight reservations, for foreign delegates and guests
Handle and verify staff expense claims and travel requests
Assist with processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, including staff clearance
Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and other events, including collaborating with HR to arrange company events
Draft and monitor policies and procedures concerning the Administrative Department and functions
Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 3-5 years of experience as office administrator
Well-versed in all MS Office applications, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Visio
Experience in documentation control and records handling
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactive and mature personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Professional working proficiency level of English.
