About the role

  • Contracts Administrator managing customer contracts at Cannistraro, ensuring proper execution and compliance. Collaborating with project teams and external partners on contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from receipt through execution and close-out, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate the internal contract review and approval process
  • Obtain and distribute required bonds and insurance certificates to customers
  • Track contract execution status and follow up on fully executed agreements
  • Prepare and execute contract exhibits and related documentation
  • Review and assist with lien waiver processing
  • Support Accounting with compliance management, including insurance certificates, purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Assist with job close-out activities as needed
  • Issue insurance certificates to clients
  • Maintain organized and complete contract files
  • Ensure documentation is properly saved and updated in internal systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Construction contract experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems and document management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills.
