Responsibilities

  • Client and partnership management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors
  • Develop strategic, long-term relationships
  • Identify expansion opportunities and new activations
  • Ensure contractual deliverables are met
  • Align expectations between clients and operations
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams
  • Structure activation proposals and complementary projects
  • Expand sponsorship packages and brand presence in projects
  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and brand positioning
  • Validate activations and commercial initiatives
  • Prospect new brands and sponsorship opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial account management, partnerships, or sponsorships
  • Experience managing B2B clients
  • Proven track record in upselling, revenue expansion, or business development
  • Experience in agency, events, live marketing, or media
  • Consultative, relationship-driven, and results-oriented profile
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and multi-project management skills
  • Clear communicator with the ability to engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
