About the role

  • Partner Sales Executive driving partner growth through outbound sales for Wellhub's wellness platform in Italy. Identifying, negotiating, and onboarding wellness partners for a comprehensive value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential partners within the Italian wellness and corporate services landscape, ensuring a perfect fit for our clients' needs.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead Potential Partners through every stage of the sales process, from initial contract and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the face of Wellhub, conducting engaging presentations to business owners and stakeholders to articulate the "win-win-win" benefits of our network.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage complex objections and tailor commercial agreements that align with both partner expectations and Wellhub’s growth targets.
  • Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure new partners are correctly integrated into our management systems

Requirements

  • Experience: You have 1-2+ years of experience in a role requiring outbound customer contact, such as cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and meeting sales/conversion goals, preferably within the Welfare, HR Tech, or Fitness industries in Italy.
  • Hunting Mindset: A "hunter" mentality. You are motivated by targets but prioritize quality and sustainability. Ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment. You're skilled at tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and managing your calendar.
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills with the ability to speak the language of both small business owners and corporate executives. Advanced level of English is required.
  • Efficiency: A process-oriented professional who thrives in an automated environment and looks for ways to reduce operational friction.
