Responsibilities
Serve as an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by providing full-cycle recruitment service for the University of South Florida's Tampa campus
Partner with hiring managers to fill exempt and non-exempt positions
Research, develop, and implement effective strategies to develop high quality diverse talent pipelines
Perform full-cycle recruitment through creative and cost-effective sourcing methods
Proactively partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
Assess position requirements and candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with requirements
Interview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training, and job skills
Develop and maintain internal and external networks to ensure a strong pipeline of diverse candidates
Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates
Track, monitor, and report ongoing recruiting activities through the disciplined use of the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and two years of HR related experience; or Master's degree in an area of specialization appropriate for the program
Six years of HR-related experience or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree
Bachelor's degree with at least five years of high-volume recruitment/talent acquisition experience (preferred)
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Oracle and People Soft (preferred)
Significant experience using the full recruiting capabilities of LinkedIn and other recruiting tools (preferred)
Strong ability with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
