About the role

  • Relationship Manager managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans to companies at U.S. Bank. Prospecting and closing new business relationships while retaining and expanding existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans to companies in the $50 million to $1 billion in revenues
  • Prospect for and close new business relationships and retain and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Sell appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on One U.S. Bank and making appropriate referrals
  • Provide financial advice to customers, approves loans within assigned limits, manages loans and portfolio credit quality

Requirements

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field OR equivalent experience
  • 10 or more years of middle market commercial lending experience
  • Three or more years of management experience
