About the role

  • Account Manager generating new business opportunities and managing a portfolio in the defence sector. Contributing to Canadian entrepreneurs’ success through tailored financing solutions and advisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage an existing portfolio within the defence sector
  • Make a meaningful impact on the success of entrepreneurs with annual revenues of $5M+
  • Contribute to a national Business Development team dedicated to the sector
  • Meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to understand their business specifics
  • Analyze, negotiate, and present high-quality financing proposals
  • Maintain an active presence in the business community in the Defence Sector

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
  • More than 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Solid knowledge of the business environment, ideally in the defence sector
  • Advanced credit skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced cross functional environment
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required for certain geographic locations
