About the role

  • Talent Consultant leading and executing talent strategies for U.S. Bank. Collaborating with senior leadership on organizational design and advanced people analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and executing enterprise and business line talent strategies
  • Consulting with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
  • Serving as talent coaches to senior leaders
  • Acting as a culture champion with focus on inclusion
  • Aiding the business through advanced people analytics
  • Leading and influencing using workforce data and predictive analytics
  • Working closely with senior leadership to achieve human capital strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of human resources, business or managerial experience
