About the role

  • Business Support Analyst at USAA analyzing business data and optimizing operations for the Enterprise Litigation team. Responsible for project management, collaboration across departments and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supports business operations and management in identifying opportunities and solutions
  • Organizes and defines parameters of assigned projects and assembles relevant data
  • Validates information and interfaces with other departments including presentations of documented findings
  • Gathers information, analyzes data and trends, identifies root causes, and develops recommendations to improve operations
  • Reviews, validates, and/or analyzes reports that function as a control to existing processes
  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 2 years of business support experience in an analyst capacity supporting business planning initiatives and/or operations experience
  • Proficient level experience in a wide-variety of systems coordination, process/product review initiatives and the development of management information requirements
