About the role

  • Technicien(ne) Support Niveau 1 et 2 pour une mission freelance chez un client en Suisse Romande. Interventions à distance et en assistance de proximité sur systèmes d’information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site Level 2 support and Service Desk Level 1 support
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents
  • Ensure a high level of user satisfaction
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations
  • Manage the IT fleet and inventories
  • Configure and ensure the proper operation of videoconferencing rooms
  • Manage Active Directory and user accounts
  • Work with Microsoft 365, SCCM and other IT administration tools
  • Write and update technical documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT technical support
  • Excellent command of Windows environments
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
  • Experience with SCCM, Active Directory administration and access management
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Service-oriented with excellent listening skills
  • Rigour, method and ability to manage priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Autonomy and proactivity in problem solving
  • English: Good level
