Responsibilities
The Support Technician supports the Research Team by preparing drawings, imagery, documentation, and digital assets for internal office use.
Assist Architectural Researchers with internal office portfolios (EXCO/Executive Committee units).
Contribute to the development of office-wide templates, manuals, libraries, and digital resources that support architectural studios.
Produce building presentation templates, design guideline workbooks, and digital diagrams (including hand sketches where required).
Assist with basic internal web page design for office resources.
Maintain clear, ongoing communication with the Architectural Researchers.
Provide graphic support for the internal SharePoint online library.
Create and manage visual content for internal documentation and resources.
Complete drawing work required for internal, in-house use.
Prepare accurate documentation aligned with office standards and templates.
Assist Architectural Researchers and the BIM team in documenting product samples.
Create and maintain digital material assets for Revit, Lumion and Twinmotion.
Tag and digitally cross-reference architectural elements, styles, and materials within the project library.
Support the Library Administrator with cataloguing materials and products as required.
Requirements
Architectural Degree or Architectural Technology Diploma
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience (essential)
Strong Revit skills
Adobe Suite qualification and experience essential (Photoshop & InDesign)
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Lumion and Twinmotion skills advantageous
Fluent in spoken and written English with impeccable, concise communication skills.
