Requirements

  • Completed technical training with further qualification (Techniker/Meister) or a completed technical degree
  • Several years of experience in technical support or service
  • Conceptual thinking and the ability to act quickly in stressful situations
  • Interest in AI applications in support
  • Excellent German skills and confident English skills, both spoken and written
