- Identify and establish recruiting, sourcing, and personnel marketing measures tailored to specific target groups
- Analyze recruiting and employer branding KPIs and trends to derive measures for personnel marketing (e.g., job advertisements, promotional advertisements)
- Derive recruiting strategies and hiring recommendations based on corporate strategy and work closely with senior management
- Be responsible for operational recruiting, candidate relations, interviews, and application management
Requirements
- A degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management, or vocational training with a specialization in human resources
- at least 5 years of experience in a recruiting role in a dynamic environment (services, project business, private equity, IT, consulting, etc.)
