About the role

  • HR intern supporting the HR team in talent management and employee relations at Campari Group. Assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and managing HR processes within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • supports the HR team to attract, recruit and develop talent
  • manage employee relations
  • assist in planning and organizing overall HR processes
  • support recruiting process
  • assist in internal communication and events
  • analyze employee engagement survey results and follow up

Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics or HR Management related area
  • Previous Internship experience in HR Management in a multinational company will be a plus
  • Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in Italian and excellent English
