Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all phases of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes
Create and maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors (HRIS) and update organizational charts
Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, manuals, and processes. Support the implementation of new HR systems and digital tools
Prepare employment contracts, employer certificates, and other HR documents with accuracy and confidentiality
Advise and assist employees with visa-related inquiries and processes
Handle reports of workplace accidents and ensure timely documentation and follow-up
Correspond with payroll providers across multiple countries to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Actively contribute to HR projects and support process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or completed vocational training
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment contracts, and basic labor law
Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and a high degree of discretion
