Responsibilities
Independently design Search Ads strategies in close collaboration with colleagues from SEO & Strategy
Advise our clients competently and with high quality, acting as the face of your work
Integrate these strategies into our clients' marketing mix and ensure the quality of execution
Conduct new-client audits and communicate your findings based on business relevance
Be responsible for monitoring relevant KPIs and reporting to clients as well as the internal team
Constantly look for new strategies to generate and convert high-quality traffic
Requirements
Highly communicative, analytical, and conscientious with a strong level of digital know-how
1–2 years' experience working with Google Ads and demonstrable successes — e-commerce project experience is a plus
Eager to absorb any SEA knowledge and intrinsically motivated to continually develop
Know which bidding strategies suit which campaigns and how to structure accounts successfully
Education is irrelevant: whether degree or self-taught, what matters is that you have completed high-quality projects
Understand how landing pages can steer the success of your campaigns
Excellent German language skills
