Responsibilities

  • Planning, execution and scaling of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Building, monitoring and optimizing performance funnels
  • KPI tracking (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, etc.)
  • A/B testing of creatives, audiences and landing pages
  • Budget planning and management

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven success in scaling paid ads
  • Confident use of Meta Business Manager & Google Ads
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven working style
  • Experience with tracking setups & conversion tracking
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Hands-on mentality and eagerness to make a real impact
